▶Title : Theta series of ternary quadratic lattice cosets
▶Abstract : In this talk, we are interested in relation between algebraic and analytic theories of quadratic forms which are linked by their theta series, with a particular interest in the ternary case. Schulze-Pillot’s result will be described which explains the connection between the spinor genus theory on the algebraic side and a natural decomposition of theta series as a modular form of weight 3/2 on the analytic side. Moreover, we will present a recent work that extends Schulze-Pillot’s result to quadratic forms with congruence conditions in terms of quadratic lattice cosets. This is joint work with Ben Kane.
